Testing Methodology​

Rigorous testing prevents disruptions during production cutover.

Testing Phases​

  • Unit Testing: Validate individual features (e.g., tax calculation on a sales invoice).
  • Integration Testing: Test end-to-end workflows (e.g., Sales Order -> Purchase Order -> Stock Receipt -> Delivery -> Invoice -> Payment).
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Key department users test simulated daily transactions in a staging environment.
  • Sign-Off: Obtain formal stakeholder approval prior to cutover.
