Common Sales Issues​

1. Credit Limit Exceeded Warning​

  • Cause: Customer outstanding balance plus current order value exceeds the assigned limit.
  • Solution: Request payment on overdue invoices or have an authorized manager increase the credit limit.

2. Incorrect Tax Calculation​

  • Solution: Verify that the selected Sales Taxes and Charges Template is set to calculate on Net Total or Previous Row Total according to local tax law.
