Common Permission Issues

1. "You do not have permission to access this page"

• Solution: Check the user's assigned roles in User. Ensure at least one role has Read permissions in Role Permission Manager.

2. User Can See the List but Not Specific Documents

• Cause: A User Permission restriction is filtering documents by Company, Territory, or Cost Center.
